This was a toothless effort anyhow. They key qualifier was "offensive" arms--when EVERY arms sale to Israel is by default for "defensive" purposes--like blowing up children and schools and churches and mosques and . . . --no matter what--Zionist-Nazi Israel has a right to defend itself, after all.
