Why don't you just think of these things on your own? Speaking as a professional musician currently on tour, relying on AI to generate ideas for you simply means you're not generating ideas yourself

They are my ideas…I take them to the LLM & essentially share all of my thoughts on a topic/lines I’ve come up with & directions it could go so that I can get closer to the heart of what I’m seeking to express. It’s a constant dialogue that I steer. I could show u the convos & u can decide
You're never going to get "closer to the heart" of anything by asking a faulty computer program to do the work of reflection/creative exploration for you
It would be a fool’s errand to rely on it 100% & in that case, you’d be correct. There is still a lot of hard work & soul searching that has to accompany it for its assistance to be effective & not let it do the heavy lifting. But the conversation is not different than what I’d have w/ any cowriter
Then you're not making artwork. The entire point of art is to have an experience of humanity across time. If your "cowriter" is a computer program, all you're doing is watering down the human element & making your art less meaningful
How many studio FX, now widely available in stompboxes & modelers, were happy accidents or result of engineers/artists tinkering w/ the outboard gear of their day? (i.e. fuzz & reverse delay). Is it sacrilege 2 use their replications in art’s creation? They’re just tools to get u there faster
None of that is the same as asking AI to do creative/writing work for you. And not that it's here or there, but a real amp is always better than an amp modeler
