If you can, remind your principal that everyone needs coaches - even Michael Jordan had one. Teachers need supportive non-evaluative help. If you do get moved back into the classroom, at least you'll have lots of chances to try out all the strategies you worked on with teachers. #edusky #educoach

I think all you can do is try to advocate for coaching as the most effective form of professional development - job embedded. However, it is VERY difficult to be an effective coach without admin support. If you're able to stay on as a coach, it will be an uphill battle. Protect your peace!
