The thing about HP & the Prisoner of Azkaban that I don’t understand is when Sirius Black turns into a dog and then back to human form, he’s fully clothed.

Peter Pettigrew goes from Scabbers to himself, he’s clothed. But when he turns back into Scabbers, he loses the clothes.
