Cozy mysteries, I love to see the neighborhood take on an important role. The sleuth, of course, is important, as is motive and possibly the sidekick (animal or human), but the setting can't be overlooked: its location, its people, its weather, its stores, its vibe. I also like humor in my cozies :)
