We really do need Rusty bottlecaps but I gave up on hunting for 0 attack IVs a long time ago, I just settle for 10 or less (which will show up as decent in the judge page) because hunting for 0 attack IVs is a pain

I know it is "optimization", but unless you are running some specific Teras, you don't need a 0 Attack IV Kyogre.

Make the calcs and check what you are comfortable with. 0-7 attack iv is virtually the same (6HKO from Foul Play)
