But he can offer significant support for a right wing media ecosystem, that could help the AFD in 2029 etc

The week-long dicussion about the article was quite easy to predict. It was a planned distraction from all real campaign issues. And is therefore helping the AfD. That party is extremely weak on issues and therefore perfectly happy to discuss everything else.

Ok, vielleicht bin ich zu sehr Social-Media-geschädigt. Fast immer, wenn dort von "Eliten", insbesondere "liberalen Eliten" die Rede ist, dient es den Rechten, sich von den sog. "etablierten Kräften" abzugrenzen. Richtig ist, dass man die Besetzung von Begriffen, nicht den Rechten überlassen darf.
