This year's #HolocaustMemorialDay marks the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. A few years ago, I had the privilege to speak to Rachel Levy. Her incredible story saw her survive time at both Auschwitz and Belsen. In 1946, she came to Northern Ireland.
