She isn't coming back for her plush clients if she's willing to lie to Synchrony Bank and PayPal. If you commissioned her and never got your item, please contact your banks. Even if it's been a long time, talk to them because they're the only ones who can contact her apparently. What can we do?

If we get enough people to report Plushgarden's shop to @bigcartel.com, their banks/credit cards, and the FTC, this might be our only chance to light a fire under her butt and take accountability. The fact that she lied to my credit card is everything I need to know about her. There's a good chance she lied about her suicide attempt and hospitalization to get out of doing her comms. This is not acceptable. Most of us paid at least $270+ for our commissions. You can't disappear with that much!

I'm very forgiving when it comes to medical emergencies/mental health and being slower to respond. But disappearing, ignoring clients, and LYING TO A BANK to cover your ass is disgusting behavior! I don't have patience for bald-faced liars and this is why I am sharing my story. I want my money back.

I opened my case again with my credit card, but it's hard to say if they will reach a different verdict. I can't guarantee anybody will get a refund, but I am fighting tooth and nail to hold her accountable, one way or another. If we work together, we have a better chance of a favorable outcome!
