I sure wouldn't have taken that bet!I can't see Russia agreeing to a cease fire,It's not on the road map,especially because they are on the front foot.The only way is to give Ukraine whatever they need to finish the job,"use the billions of dollars of Russian money,"plus increase sanctions further.

They have no exports (except oil & gas - Gazprom losing money), no trade routes (other than Vladivostok), no labour force (all in war effort), no reserves & a worthless currency (1 ruble = < 1 cent)
