My condolences to all the senior staff who were let go just after covid because gahmen didn’t want to extend credit lines to SAI.
Now a back-to-normal bonus gets shared to a reduced workforce instead of reimbursing a loan that would have helped retain talent.
Brutal for the staff that was let go.

Of course I hope SAI EC kept their standard of excellence.
We wouldn’t want to see 5* airlines have critical mechanical failures because know-how was lost to prop short-term numbers.

Ruptured tired when landing a 787 in Japan last summer. Missing mechanical part in Jo-burg last winter.
At least cracks are already showing and allow for corrective actions before it’s too late.
