No constitutional law expert, but since establishing the post (office) is a job of the congress, wouldn’t this action require an amendment to the constitution?

This imaginary and magical document people keep incessantly referring to DOES NOT EXIST in ANY form whatsoever in this administration. And even if by chance a snippet might work it's way in, it would be ignored.
With Congress under his thumb, and SCOTUS providing him a golden ticket, Trump can now act with complete, reckless abandon without being held to account.
That right there. That's the problem. Not whether it's constitutional or not. But how many straight white christian conservative men america has allowed in positions in washington. This is the reason diversity programs existed. So white men couldn't just walk in and take shit/rewrite history.
Don't get me wrong. And this is a point i haven't been able to make since few like admitting white privilege is the problem. All majority blank raced countries have the same problems. But america? Was one of the few countries attempting to brick up that gaping national security hole.

The Chief Executive controls the Executive Branch
Congress can’t cancel it with laws
Junior judges can’t cancel it with TROs
If you want change you’ll need an amendment
Which means 37 other states have to submit to the the whims of the CaliFreaks, lol
