@kirkhamilton.com I really struggled with the decision between a SM7B or RE20. Ended up with the 7b but have always wondered... Hearing your comment on Triple Click this week has me thinking of selling my 7b haha. BTW I use it for singing primarily.

hah it's kinda just my little hobby horse, and of course they're both great mics. I don't think you gotta sell your Shure or anything! I just prefer the sound of the RE20 before EQ/etc. I'm sure in large part because I've always used one.
