I am incredibly intelligent (I'm not) so uh decided to update my BIOS... And uh it forgot my OS drive cause uh i did an oopsie 4 years ago and installed as legacy and not uefi... So i just had to convert my OS to GPT... Uh i really don't trust that it's working right now. - ThreadSky

All this cause i saw a thing saying my crashes in wilds might be linked to XMP profiles and a bios update might help...

From what I’m seeing, it sounds like you installed your OS with MBR (the way older BIOS saw bootable drives), and you updated your UEFI (the modern type of BIOS) which reset some of its settings. UEFI always can boot via GPT, but should have options for a legacy boot/CSM which allows it to use MBR

However, since you’ve converted to GPT, you’re either good to go or have to reinstall your os. The tool you used to convert might’ve just used a bit of the empty space at the end of the drive, shrinking a partition if necessary, and leaving everything else intact. If you can reach your OS, it’s safe

All i can tell is the second volume that the os made on install went from 300mb reserved to 600mb reserved.
Booting fine into windows just worried it won't in the future.
So i don't need to look out for weirdness in the os or possibly crashing?

Congrats, you got the best outcome. That “reserved” is what used to be MBR, and is now GPT. GPT supports larger drives than MBR, and it even boots faster on average. If there’s any weirdness in the OS, it’s likely because of something else entirely
