It might be a bit of a hassle but it looks like you could fix the holes, might be faster than doing them completely new.

Although I'm really confused on how you just made holes in a random part of the pants? I'm assuming the mesh is missing in the holes? Else it might be a render issue.

check and make sure theres no duplicate faces over multiple verts??? make sure all normals are flipped to the right side?? (has all happened to me + pissed me off) 🥺

did you change the topology of that mesh AFTER you sculpted? thats happened to me before

no i didnt, thats definitely happened before but i was just messing around with the displacement eraser brush and then it did... that.

i just transferred the sculpt to a different multires mesh using a shrinkwrap tho so im coolin i think.
