It is fairly easy, depending.... If you know how to build webpages (HTML, CSS, JS), you already know how to build chrome extensions. Really, it's the same tech with just a few extra APIs/concepts added on top of that. Also, I got a lot of experience building chrome extensions from previous job.
You can totally use them. Everything works here! Just like youβd build an SPA. Cleeveβs chrome extension is built with React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, @ariakit.org, React Query etc.

Real-time because it gets posts directly from the main relay through firehose, smart because the posts gets processed in a certain way by gen AI. Not every post but that's just an optimization thing to save costs.
