Immigration is a good thing. It has brought enrichment, talent and energy to the country and, on a personal level, a family life.
It's got to be managed, it's got to be fair, it's got to be humane and it's got to exist.

Spain's economy is doing well because they are welcoming to immigrants,meanwhile in Scotland where we voted to stay in EU but we're forced to leave by England,my disabled daughter's care organisation is struggling to recruit.We used to have so many Europeans!

Nothing wrong with Nigerians except for being tied up in impossible restrictions,but also have little idea about LD & epilepsy.Some think you can catch it from saliva of person having seizure.....

Yes, there can be a real lack of knowledge in some communities. If you would like some resources to share, Changing Our Lives have produced a brilliant video which helps to dispel some of these myths (my son and I narrate a little bit at the end)

I'm hoping for Scottish independence!We voted overwhelmingly to stay in EU&it makes me so angry that our views are not only ignored but trampled on contemptuously.We get only Nigerians applying now &they have such strict visa requirements+have to pass UK driving test.

The visa requirements are ridiculous. Surely if someone wants to come and work in social care, and have the right skills, make it easy for them!
