Many Canadians aren't just cancelling trips to the U.S. in the wake of the trade war and threats of annexation — they're rebooking their vacations within Canada.

We all have our favourite spot in Canada. What is yours? Mine is the drive from Jasper Albert to lake Louise highway #1 Trans Canada. Officially known by Highway 93. The scenery will have you breathless.
My Next favourite is the Cabot Trail in Cape Britain Island in Nova Scotion.
It's cheaper to go abroad than to travel here. I'm all for supporting Canadian, but the amount we're expected to pay for even the simplest vacation here is wild.
As #Canadians we need to stick together & strongly offer incentives to help people stay in their province or country. We have to do this together. People are not taking this seriously yet. Some people are. But, others don't care. They will care when it effects them personally & someday it will.
Sounds great, but good luck trying to find rooms/campsites. The post-lockdown travel boom had already made vacancies rare and more than doubled their cost, add US boycotters and a lot of folks are going to be either priced out of Cdn vacays or unable to find accommodations at any price.
I wouldn’t touch airbnb with a ten foot pole. If hotels are booked I’ll rearrange my vacation. As it is the US has lost $20,000 in vacation money from me. I usually sped a fortune at San Diego Comic Con. Everything was cancelled. I’ll go to England instead. Give them my business.

Tourist money is great but airbnbs (american company that should be boycotted) and the like are extremely harmful. Especially in smaller towns.
