The Bloc Québécois says it will challenge the result in the federal riding of Terrebonne, where the party lost by one vote, as Elections Canada revealed issues with five more mail-in ballots.

It's the sort of circumstance that Elections Canada and the recount courts will manage.
If EC messed up addressing the label, that's an own goal they need to review, as it will be used as an excuse by the usual suspects craving a wedge issue to whine abt 'rigged' elections.
It is the Bloc’s raison d’être to undermine and ultimately to destroy federal institutions. This contest should be left to Elections Canada to declare the winner.

I find it odd that an envelope that was mass produced/printed would have turned out to have one with a bad postal code. How is that possible?
