almost any cooking idea I have is a good idea. Except the broccoli beef I made the other night where I over-sweetened it, that wasn't so good.

But lentil soup is pretty solid. I already have tzatziki and hummus and flatbread. It's an overall vibe.

Same friend, same. I am making a project list and setting goals/outcomes/kpis (biz has infected my brain). Big goal: want to take care of myself and my surroundings.

Has the release in pressure helped? I remember getting a lumbar puncture when I had meningitis in my 20s and after days and days of an excruciating headache that drugs could not even touch, feeling almost immediately better
