I almost have this paper on queer theology and Hadewijch of Brabant. Just one more page I think and then I can focus on the monster paper for my capstone...
I am so fucking close.... a couple of papers and a thesis and I am DONE! Two masters degrees in four years co-concurrently and then I am taking the longest fucking nap that has ever been taken.
Man, I feel this. I did my MA and my MDiv concurrently and finished them one year apart. I swore off reading and writing for years. Didn’t pick up anything remotely resembling work until 2018.
My lowest grade in seminary was church planting (ha) and it’s because after finishing my MA thesis, I’d get an adrenaline surge/BP spike every time I sat down to write. So I told the prof he wasn’t getting anything else from me and I’d see him in the fall. 😅😅
I finish all my course work for both degrees this term, and then will spend the summer writing my thesis, and I LOVE seminary but lord have mercy... my entire being is ready to wrap things up. Just gonna focus on growing tater and reading fiction come august.
