I've already seen traders identify specific suspicious trades. Its difficult to prove insider trading if the collaborators are careful BUT EVERY TRADE IS LOGGED. We don't need a conviction to enrage everyone with a 401(k). We only need a smoking gun. If it exists it will be found. SIgh or woot?
