Absolutely agree with this. Great story and worth telling but good vibes don't highlight what the cause of this is. Corporate greed isn't a force of nature or a natural disaster it's a choice to forsake the wellbeing of fellow people

It's legitimately great that Amir is being recognized for the good he's doing in the industry to help laid off gamedevs, but it's also like those "cute" stories about teachers working a second job to pay for school supplies. The root of the issue is still festering all over the industry.
