With the recent election results it feels more hopeless than ever for trans people, but we cannot let hope die. If you’re a cisgender ally, please be visible.

Make sure your trans friends know you are there for them. Make sure trans people, especially trans kids, know that there are good people out there who support us.

All it takes is a Trans Lives Matter bumper sticker, or a progressive pride flag sticker on your water bottle, or a trans pride flag lapel pin. We need to see and know that there are people in this world who still think our lives have value.
