I know for fact it's true!! I'm a Veteran who was active duty for more than 1 enlistment!! Been there, done that and am still... YEARS LATER... VERY WELL AWARE OF WHAT AN ILLEGAL ORDER (IN THE MILITARY) IS...!!

Congress do take oaths but they're not in the military! He's firing JAG Officers as a step toward issuing illegal orders! It's usually JAG Officers that say "NO!" to an illegal order (if they've ever heard 1 because a sane Pres. WON'T issue 1!) & that's it!

An example: Martial Law w/o an emergency!

If you read my 1st post on this thread you'll see I make it CLEAR one in the military IS WELL AWARE OF THE DUTY TO IGNORE ILLEGAL ORDERS & IF ONE DOESN'T, ONE KNOWS THE CONSEQUENCES TO COME!

One can expect a Court Martial, long term jail (hard labor), then a Dishonorable (equal to felon) Dischrg!

Zero chance of that happening!! A Court Martial is conducted by a senior military lawyer who's equal to a Fed. "Judge"...The "jury" are other randomly selected military officers. The prosecutors & defense are lower JAG Officers.

Trump would give the illegal order & Trump *IS A 5 TIME DRAFT DODGER!*
