Curious. I haven’t worked with cotton paper before. How is I different (in how it looks/acts with the paint) than regular watercolor paper?
This gives you a relatively long time to work and allows you to laydown almost airbrush like layers.
I didn't tape the edges of the paper down.
If you get heavy enough paper though it just wont buckle, but $$$.
In some ways finding a paper sized the way you like is as if not more important sometimes.
It's easier to blend with cotton paper.
It seems to dry out more slowly/can hold more.
Pigment seems to be less likely to build at the edges of a stroke and instead evens out.
