i understand why you would feel that way, when your authority figures devalued your voice growing up you feel like your voice doesn't matter. but i hope you can remember that on social media websites, people choose who to follow. being silent is worse than not saying anything at all since no one -

- can hear a silent person. first off, i don't think what you have to say is uninteresting or annoying. second off, if someone thinks that then that's on them. for every one person who is negative there are three more who are positive

What I've started to do is write them down in a 'shitposts' list and go back to them when I feel less nervous (which is usually after my meds kick in in the morning 😅
