To be honest, you never really give up your copyright unless you sell it. The only hitch is some places don't like previously published work but what that exactly means is really up to them.
I'm pretty sure FB does this kind of BS But wordpress?
I mean in this day and age it pays to be careful - and it might be buried in the fine print, but that is not my understanding.

If you're serious, get an agent.
If you do though, just read the fine print. If you really want to be safe, make your own domain and WordPress or similar.

I've just had experience enough to know that if you care about copyright, you're probably angling to sell something. So when that's what you ask about, that's how I approach it. And in the industry, that's a very careful thing ...
