Went for a run this morning followed by a quick dog walk. I realized I’ve been too mired in my own negativity with everything going on plus giving in basically 100% to bad habits. For my own sanity I need to turn this ship around.

How do I propose to do this?
1. Back to my old exercise routine. Moving my body and making it strong is a blessing.
2. No more binging on desserts.
3. Cut back on social isolation by following up on volunteering.
4. Limit phone time.
5. Spend more time creating.
