My only real issue is that I really wish Radahn wasn't the final keystone element. I understand why he was, how they planned it out, etc., but I didn't ever find him all that compelling and wanted something that felt more like a new element.

oh yeah! that was *the* number one aspect in which it vastly surpassed base game for me - the world was just so dense and interconnected and so fun to explore, new stuff to find in every nook and cranny

and all the optional dungeons felt more fun and unique
