So, I ended up getting Boosteroid which let me run Monster Hunter Wilds perfectly.

BUT you should not have a game of this caliber released that forces lower end stuff to play at barely 60FPS on all lowest settings. That being said MonHun is MonHun and the gameplay loop is great.
