- Fabric Decor (mostly home decor fabrics but a large selection of trims and a better selection/prices for velvet than Joann)
- Fabrictopia (geared towards dance costumes and dresses so lots of spandex and lace)

#Joann Fabrics has asked the bankruptcy court to immediately start going out of business sales at 2/3 of its locations and only keep the top performing 1/3.
