Varies. Typically primary school age, maybe early secondary school. Maybe 8 to 14.

Oh yeah. Got one kid who’s written a load of cool stuff in Scratch. He’s 9. Going to try and move him onto Python. He’s one of the few where it’s clicked. Even knew hex, binary and octal.

Yeah. My best friend at secondary school got a ZX81. I got hooked and ended up spending a lot of time coding, culminating in a portfolio of a full game (never released) and a load of demos on the Spectrum that got my foot in the door at Software Creations.
