Why does Trump need an executive order to protect the Second Amendment? It’s already in the Constitution. The only person actively undermining constitutional rights is him—he had no problem doing that with birthright citizenship. The only thing this EO protects is Trump from his own incompetence.

Unconstitutional. He is trying to normalize that right as a presidential right, perhaps above the supreme court. His excesses always start as wistful statements that people mock.
