It's International Women's RIGHTS Day thank you. And it could be added that women's health has historically been neglected and viewed as less important than men's. As a consequence research on women's health is not as advanced as that on men's.

As of right now, the US won't federally fund any research on female health as that word and 100s more have just been banned in grant proposals.

Federally funded studies in the US didn't require women until 1993 and were still not included, or the sample size is too small to be significant. Female health has always been understudied.
