As far as I know, we don’t have a target—we publish whatever passes the editorial review process.

Good. Though you could have said you aim at a reasonable 20-30% acceptance rate. The current situation in philosophy journals, where the rate is much lower than anywhere else, is simply ridiculous. It's also bad for the discipline. High acceptance rates were central to the original OA idea.
