As a pilot, if ATC tells you to hold short of a runway, you read that back, then you cross it anyway, that is 100% on YOU. Nobody else.

ATC was virtually screaming at FlexJet to stop. They were on top of it. The FlexJet sounded like they barely knew where they were.
