in premier pro, you can hold alt and then drag something elsewhere to copy it faster
Also if you animate shakes for graphics or text, you can copy and "past attributes" to apply the same keyframes. Just move it via the anchor point so you dont mess with the key frames (or nest it)

davinci resolve does all the same for free
Also premiere pro straight up used all my computers memory trying to render so that kinda stinks.
It unlocks an excellent auto-transcribe feature that isn't perfect, but saves a lot of time.
Most importantly you won't be stuck with Adobe's exploitative subscription practices if you want the paid version!
Its $60 a month for the Creative Suite or ~$23 for one program.
I recommend finding a program you can actually own that's similar. Don't have one off hand though haven't done editing since school.
Also you can macro your own shortcut. Like I’ve made one that can replace a clip in the timeline from my bin, so I don’t have to waste time pasting in attributes and effects
Tis a funny platform that asks you to use feeds & labels to do whatever you want with it.
It feels like it has at least 20 things that could be made better by a smaller team with a lower budget than what Adobe wants. :<
