I was about the same age as you when I stopped going out and drinking huge amounts regularly. I quite quickly hit the point where, even when I was at an event where alcohol was present, I could easily ignore it if I wasn't in the mood.
Besides, cheese is better than booze as a vice 😆

Soon even that planned drink might not be something. I often say I might have a drink on my birthday and then don't even do that. Had some spectacular mocktails along the way. And memorable meals. Deciding not to drink is a great decision. Just a step in opening so many possibilities. #yougotthis
