You can probably also find a guide for downloading your posts from Threads, Tiktok, Tumblr, other apps I'm forgetting. Every app / social space you use is likely to have directions about how to download data, media, posts. What you will lose is the back-forthing of conversations with other accounts.

Resourceful coders can probably figure out how to allow people to display their saved posts/media in a way that looks similiar to the source app it was on (like Facebook Tiktok Twitter) and is searchable so that they have the equivalent of an archive saved on their backup drive, cloud storage, etc.
