Seriously, just go to live events when you can. Doesn’t matter what the sport or event is.

Over the weekend, I took my wife and kids to a women's lax game...a sport I knew absolutely nothing about.

It ruled. I think you'd all have fun if you picked a sport you don't follow this weekend and went to a game. ESPECIALLY if you work in or around sports:

I deal with depression every day, and my therapist keeps reminding me how much better I feel whenever I actually go to things, which is true.

It's not difficult to pick up most of the rules like that. It's what I did, though I'm still not clear on all of the scrum penalties.

UB sports are the best deal in Buffalo. They’re especially great if you want to bring young kids who might otherwise not do well at packed sporting events.
