I mean plot it out. Technomancer is likely to be a intelligence caster (it would be weird if they changed but its a possibility) and thats a Wizards jam. There are feats already under wizard which could easy replicate item /magic effects. It feels SO much like Wizard that I feel it should be Wizard
I think it'll be an archetype or wizard school, with rare spells for the Arcane tradition. We will learn this year, and hopefully I can preorder the core book soon.
