Eggs were my weak point all my life. I cheated and got a non-stick pan for nothing but eggs. Sam the Cooking Guy finally got it to sink in that low and slow is the key to good eggs. Now we usually split one of my omelettes for breakfast. 😁

Can’t help ya on the grits. This southern boy ain’t a fan. Shocking, I know! 😂
As for sausage (bacon, bologna, whatevs)… cast iron is your friend. At least, it’s my go to.
