Isn't birthright citizenship in the constitution? Oh wait yeah, here we go: "Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States..."

He can't change the constitution. First congress then it would have to pass 3/4 of state legislatures IIRC.

If President Trump can ignore the 14th Amendment, the next Democratic president could disregard the 2nd Amendment and other rights that the Right holds dear.

Establishing this precedent will eventually boomerang back so hard that they'll have no idea what hit them.
