Honestly? Working. Always a top employee, get stuff done and taken care of, so my family is taken care of. I thrive on long hours and little sleep.

That being said, I absolutely do not expect that of others. I'm not "doing it for the team" I'm doing it for MY team, my wife and son.

I think it’s because we’re sort of conditioned to feel that being openly proud of our strengths/accomplishments is bad or arrogant in some way. And as a result people feel like they have to be indirect about it, and then you get the infamous humblebrag.
