Without stability and guarantees it will not be safe for women whether born cis or trans to return to Syria. All women deserve safety. The far right would see trans girls and trans women forced to detransition or be raped and murdered, and loss of rights for cis women.

Nadia can’t you speak to Angela Rayner about posting on Bluesky. I am also sure I am not alone on wanting to hear more from her than just on housing . As Deputy PM & an iconic feminist I think she shud speak out on social justice. Labour needs authentic leadership to counter the fascist right 🤷‍♀️

A friend's parents are in a small town in Syria and roving gangs are stealing and committing terrible crimes. They are afraid to leave and afraid to stay. It is not safe yet outside of the cities.
