They hope we will remain passive as they exploit us and profit at our expense.

However, causing minor disturbances won't be enough. If you're serious about resisting Trump, you'll make sure that the rebels are inside the gates. The only peaceful methods left are workplace sabotage and refusing to work at all (lying flat.)
