Water in England was privatised by the Conservatives in 1989: is the SNP suggesting that it's the policy of the Westminster Government to renationalise it, or what? And I'd be very surprised indeed if it were Scottish Labour policy to privatise Scottish Water.

You're forgetting one other huge thing - it's drinkable! The stuff where I came from (London and east coast Essex) tastes like verruca footbath, comes out cloudy and has to "settle". Barely good enough to boil veg in.
