For me any kind of quiet background music always felt like it would eventually just become noise and help me concentrate, but I'm gonna try the underwater asmr!
Maybe I need to compromise with Donkey Kong Countrys Aquatic Ambience
Apparently long low bass tones kinda shut down ADHD. There was another one I heard that worked too well that it made me uncomfortable.. Don't have the link.
It's so much stronger than the other music I usually use to focus like Skyrim Tundra music or whatever this is like high quality focusing stuff that good good
this underwater one is very stressfull for me(maybe because of thalassophobia?) but I found this one that I really like, it's a very weird feeling but also quite relaxing, like my head being in cotton. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5kH5VE31Rc
Oh yeah, I need to fall asleep listening to music or a podcast or I my brain would keep me up.
Sometimes I'll mix things up and throw on some ambient piano or dungeon synth
Interesting, yeah, I can see how that'd help us. I always just have a youtube video playing while I'm doing stuff, but then I can get distracted by the video and stop painting for a few minutes so the minis take longer.
