As Andy Craig points out, Trump has been charged with dozens of felonies in three separate proceedings but hasn't had to surrender his passport, submit to a mugshot, put up bail, etc. Maybe there are good reasons to give him special favorable treatment. But let's not pretend he isn't getting that.
